For 2025 Indy Hematology Review call The Westin Indianapolis toll free at 1-800-937-8461. Mention “Indy Hematology Review™” to receive the discounted rate of $189 plus tax (currently 17%). The block of discounted rooms will close on Friday, February 21, 2025.

Indy Hematology Education, Inc. is funding a limited number of Scholarships for Fellows, Residents, Medical Students and Non-Nurse Practitioner Nurses in Clinical Practice. (Scholarships are not applicable to NP’s, PA’s, and Nurses working in the Industry.) Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and available until January 31, 2025. A $25 no show fee will be assessed if you Register and do not attend the Review.

Request a registration cancellation refund on or before January 31, 2025, to receive a Full Refund. After January 31, 2025, there is NO REFUND. To request a refund, contact us in one of the following manners: – Respond directly to this order confirmation email with your request – Click “Contact” on the event listing and send us an email with your request – Click “Request a Refund” from your “Order Details” page through Eventbrite. We will respond to your request within 2 business days. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation from Eventbrite and the refund will be issued to the card on file within 7 business days.

Parking is available at The Westin Indianapolis. 24-hour parking rates are currently: $60.00 on-site parking; $60.00 valet. (rates are subject to change without notice) Self-parking is also available at the Government Center Washington St. Parking Facility, 401 West Washington Street. Daily Maximum currently: $40.00 (rates are subject to change without notice).
