Indy Hematology Education, Inc. is funding a Scholarship for Non-Nurse Practitioner Nurses, in Clinical Practice. This Scholarship is available on a first-come first serve bases, with a Registration processed by January 31, at 11:30 pm. (This Scholarship is not applicable to NP’s, PA’s, and Nurses working in Industry.) A $25 No show fee will be assessed if you do not show up for the Indy Hematology Review. Note: If you are an Industry Rep, you must Register as "Industry/Exhibitor", or your Registration will be transferred to the appropriate Registration category and your credit card on file will be charged for the addition fee.
